"There were three persons staying in the room, only 2 towels were provided and when additional towels were asked for it was a problem? The number of persons was known by the hotel.
The heater was kicked in and two light bulbs were missing out of the three lights when we arrived at night.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the pool clorine content was so high that the kids couldn't swim, and there were fleas in other rooms.
I would not stay here again and I am usually not a critical person."
